Fire and Security Service Engineer – £37,000 Basic + OTE £43,000+ Company Vehicle + Travel Time Commercial Sites
Salary: £37,000 basic + paid travel time + overtime
OTE: £43,000+ potential

Package – Fire and Security Service Engineer:
- Basic Salary: £37,000
- On-Target Earnings: £43,000+

Responsibilities – Fire and Security Service Engineer:
As a Fire and Security Engineer, your duties will include:
- Servicing and maintaining Fire Alarm Systems (both analogue and addressable)
- Servicing Intruder Alarms, Access Control, and CCTV Systems (including IP systems)
- Providing first-class customer service during site visits
- Completing service documentation accurately and in line with compliance standards
- Ensuring all work meets current legislation and British Standards
- Participating in the call-out rota
Requirements – Fire and Security Service Engineer:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the fire and security industry
- Proven experience servicing Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control systems
- Comfortable working in commercial environments, especially retail
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Full UK Driving Licence – clean or minimal points preferred
- Able to pass enhanced security screening
- Industry qualifications (FIA, manufacturer-specific) are beneficial but not essential
