Fire and Security Engineer – £40,000 basic + Paid Travel + 25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays

  • Salary: Up to £40,000 basic (DOE)
  • Working Hours:5-hour week (8:30am to 4:30pm)
  • Annual Leave: 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Travel Time Paid: 30 minutes’ travel deduction
  • Vehicle: Company Van plus Personal Use
  • Call Out Rota

 

Responsibilities – Fire and Security Engineer:

As a security engineer, your role will include:

  • Servicing and fault finding on Intruder Alarms, Access Control, CCTV and Fire Alarms
  • Installations on Intruder Alarms, Access Control, CCTV and Fire Alarms
  • Taking part in a call out rota
  • Completing works in line with current legislation and British Standards Being customer
  • facing, dealing with customer requests
  • Working in the Commercial sector

Requirements – Fire and Security Engineer:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience servicing electronic fire and security systems
  • Experience working with Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access Control
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong fault-finding and system servicing skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence (clean licence preferred)
  • Must be eligible for enhanced security screening
