Salary Bracket: £40,000 to £50,000 per annum
On target earnings (OTE): N/A. Overtime available to enhance earnings.

Salary and Benefits – Minor Works Engineer
- £40,000 to £50,000 basic, plus overtime available
- Travel time and expenses paid where applicable

Key Responsibilities – Minor Works Engineer
- Delivering remedial works, system modifications and small-scale installation projects
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs across fire alarm and security systems
- Completing planned and reactive maintenance tasks as required
- Liaising with customers and internal scheduling teams to coordinate work efficiently
- Working alongside subcontractors and site representatives to deliver projects safely
- Providing technical support to service engineers on specialist works
- Managing daily workload and responding to customer needs across your designated area
- Maintaining vehicle stock levels and ensuring equipment is ready for planned works
- Updating job information and documentation via customer and company systems
Skills and experience – Minor Works Engineer:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within the fire and security industry
- Experience with installations, upgrades, remedial works or commissioning
- Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems
- Knowledge of current industry standards and best practice
- Professional, customer-facing approach
- Full UK driving licence
