Salary and Benefits – Security Service and Small Works Engineer
- Basic salary up to £40,000, dependent on experience
- Travel time paid door to door
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Overtime: standard rate Monday to Friday, time and a half on Saturdays, double time on Sundays
- Van provided, with personal use
Key Responsibilities – Security Service and Small Works Engineer
- Installing, servicing and commissioning access control, CCTV and intruder alarm systems
- Diagnosing faults and resolving issues promptly
- Providing excellent customer service, on-site and over the phone
- Taking part in the on-call rota
Skills and experience – Security Service and Small Works Engineer:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience commissioning and servicing access control, CCTV and intruder alarm systems
- Comfortable working independently across multiple sectors (commercial, residential, public, retail)
- Strong fault-finding and system servicing skills
- Experience with Lenel, CCure, Gallagher or similar access control panels
- Full UK driving licence, clean licence preferred
- Must be eligible for enhanced security screening
- Desirable but not essential: experience with Kantech and CEM AC2000 systems
